Earlier this week, we traveled offshore aboard my ocean master, a 31-foot center console in search of a swordfish. This day was to be special as it was Liam Dunne's birthday trip, and we had been waiting quite some time to get the perfect window to pursue a sword I have said in the past that once we get into November and the winter months you have to wait for calm weather. Well, we picked the right day, and these boys were able to catch not only their first swordfish, but two beautiful fish. The bite has been hot as several other boats locally had success on the swords. Farther near shore Luke Lehman and Michael Kenney put on a wahoo clinic catching a 42lb and a 59lb wahoo on a morning trip this week. This is by far the best local catch put up so far this season for wahoo in one day.  Weather for the weekend looks fantastic and the fishing should be hot!

Get tight!
