Product Details

The RJ Boyle Mirrored Small Slant Trolling Lure is a skirted big game lure for blue marlin, white marlin, sailfish, and other offshore pelagics. Its weighted mirrored slant head adds flash and produces an active swimming action.

Designed for 30–130 lb class tackle, the Small Slant is commonly fished from the long outrigger or high line. Mix slant-head lures with other scoop, plunger, and slant styles to offer different actions throughout your billfish spread. Mahi, tuna, and wahoo may also take these lures.

Rigging

Choose a rigged single- or double-hook version, or select the unrigged option. Rigged versions use the Mustad 7691S Stainless Steel Southern & Tuna Big Game Hooks in 8/0, a 480 lb stainless steel cable hookset, and 20 feet of 150 lb monofilament leader.
