The RJ Boyle Mirrored Scoop Trolling Lure is a skirted big game lure for blue marlin, white marlin, sailfish, and other offshore pelagics. Its weighted mirrored scoop head adds flash and produces an aggressive swimming action.

Designed for 50–130 lb class tackle, the Scoop is commonly fished from positions throughout a traditional billfish trolling spread. Mix scoop-head lures with other scoop, plunger, and slant styles to offer different actions throughout your billfish spread. Mahi, tuna, and wahoo may also take these lures.

Rigging

Choose a rigged single- or double-hook version, or select the unrigged option. Rigged versions use the Mustad 7691S Stainless Steel Southern & Tuna Big Game Hooks in 10/0, a 900 lb stainless steel cable hookset, and 20 feet of 300 lb monofilament leader.
